RTE for nursery education?
My child's date of birth is 20 Oct, 2009. Can we get the benefit of RTE? Should I admit her to nursery or Std. 1?

Since, your kid would be 3 years of age in october this year, you should send her to a pre-school and admit her to nursery class next year in April to Nursery. Class I begins at 6 years of age and RTE is applicable to only kids who are in the age group 6-14 years of age.
