The discussion then moves to the corelation between teacher qualifications and learning outcomes, and the teacher qualification norm in the RTE Act.

This interview was conducted during the Second Annual School Choice National Conference organised by Centre for Civil Society on 18 December 2010 at India Habitat Centre.
