my son was studying in class VI in a Private School at Bhiwani (Haryana). the School has marked in his score card as reappear. i have admitted him to Class VII. now one of the teacher is forcing him to sit in class VI. let me no what should i do?

under rte act school have no right to fail/compartment/reappear the student in previous calss .

1.school could be fined under rte act .

2.no school could claim the student to sit in previous class.

3. displinary action must be taken by the principal against the accused teacher.
