In the second and final part of the interview Geeta Kingdon, Professor from London University, talks about ways to ensure teacher accountability in government schools, and about possible mechanisms to assess learning outcomes. The discussion then moves to the role of public private partnerships in achieving education for all goals. Here she also gives an interesting account of one of the remnants of colonial era in our school system - the Grant-in-Aid Schools.
