Challenges to RTE Implementation in Odisha: No salary for teachers

For the Odisha Government, regularization of services of Siksha sahayakas was a major achievement. The government also propagated it to show its accountability to implement RTE. But the teachers are being unpaid for about 11 months and still teaching in classrooms.
